Security and data protection
Last updated 30 October 2026.
Pynaura handles information that matters to clinics and to their patients. This page describes, in plain terms, how the system is built and where responsibility sits.
How the system is built
- Each clinic’s data is kept separate. Information belonging to one clinic is isolated from every other clinic’s.
- Access is recorded. Access to patient information is logged, so there is a record of what was accessed and when.
- Connections are authenticated. Every webhook and API connection into the system is authenticated.
- Clinic data can be exported or deleted. A clinic can ask us for a complete export of its data, or for its deletion, at any time.
People stay in control
Pynaura does not diagnose, prescribe or replace clinical judgement. Sensitive or uncertain conversations are escalated to a person at the clinic, within boundaries the clinic approves before launch.
Who is responsible for what
A clinic that uses Pynaura remains responsible for its patients’ information. INM Digital handles that information on the clinic’s instructions. How we handle information collected through this website is explained in our privacy notice.
What this page does not claim
We describe how Pynaura works; we do not use this page to claim certifications or to promise outcomes. If your clinic needs specific assurances before it begins, ask us and we will discuss them directly.
Report a security concern
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email hello@inm-digital.com. Our contact details for security reports are also published at /.well-known/security.txt. We will acknowledge your report and look into it promptly.
